The RVCC Hub’s Annual Research Meeting is scheduled to begin Wed. April 30th and continue through Fri. May 2nd, 2025. Our primary meeting place will be on the Haskell Indian Nations University campus, at 155 Indian Avenue in Lawrence, Kansas.

The hotel we’re utilizing is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 3411 S Iowa St, Lawrence, KS 66046. Block name: Haskell or Haskell Foundation. The hotel shares a parking lot with a Mexican restaurant & is close to a Target, Walmart, a walk-in medical clinic, a highway exit, & more.

The hotel offers a hot continental (free) breakfast, then we’ll serve lunch & dinner at the Haskell campus throughout our 3-day meeting. Additional coffee will be available in our main meeting space at the Haskell campus- the fresh new campus coffee shop called Cedar & Sage! More about their shop here.
